Breakfast is like damn kao important,
although I don't really eat in the morning. wtf.

I think that is why I'm so skinny and I don't get compliments for being skinny.-.-
I get nicknames like :
Chopsticks
Mosquitoes
Bamboo
Twig
Olive (fyi, olive is popeye's wife. -.- )

bu yao lian face.

I look nothing like Olive. what turf.

So from now onwards.. I'll have breakfast as early as 7 in the morning. you know i'm just kidding.
I wanna make myself breakfast this morning,
so these are the few recipes I found from the net.

Almost Fat Free French Toast

2 slices bread (honey wheat works really well - but any bread will do)
1 tbsp milk
1 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash nutmeg
dash cloves

1. Stir everything together in a flat dish (not the bread!).
2.Soak bread for about 2 minutes on each side.
3.Fry on griddle (using non-stick spray) until nicely browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes.
4. Serve with warmed applesauce and/or fresh strawberries. mmm~

Cream Cheese Spinach Omelette

2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves
1/4 teaspoon toasted sesame seed oil

In a bowl, mix together cream cheese and spinach. In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs. Brush sesame seed oil on the bottom of a frying pan. Preheat pan on medium heat, pour in eggs. Cook until able to flip egg. Spread cream cheese mixture onto cooked side of egg. Wait 30 seconds to ensure the other side of the egg is cooked, fold in half, wait 1 minute to melt cream cheese mixture. Remove from heat, serve.

Strawberry Crepes

4 Eggs
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup water
salt
2 teaspoons melted oleo
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
FILLING:
2 cups whipped cream
6 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups strawberries -- no juice, up to 3

Measure all ingredients for crepes except flour. Beat. Gradually add
flour.
Cook, spread very thin only on one side.
Fill crepe with filling and roll up.

Ahhh. fish.
I think I should just search recipes on brunch or lunch . wtf -.-
I mean who on earth wakes up as early as 7 when Dora the Explorer is still playing on channel 612??
Even during school days when I hafta wake up at 6, my eyes will be half closing. & all I can see was glimpse from my previous nightmare.

So I've come to a conclusion that I'll still end up looking like Olive ten years later.
